How to fix scrolling when the currency selector is open

Hi guys, when I open the currency selector on mobile and start scrolling, it scrolls across the whole store. How can I fix this so that when it’s open, nothing scrolls and nothing moves?

I’d like this mainly for the footer, but also in the header if possible.
