Hello, I have problems with the favicon on the site. The favicon is there, but it doesn’t show up when I add a quick link from safari on the iPhone. Please, help!

I attached a photo where on the home screen there is a tab of my site without a favicon and an example on the left is the farfech site they have an icon on the tab what is the problem?

Please try to add the codes below before the closing tag .
For android devices:
And also these codes for iOS devices:
Then with all the attributes href = “replace the content inside this double quote” with your favicon URL images with corresponding favicon image sizes.
The file to add these codes could be different depending on the theme you are using. For example, I’m using Dawn, the file I should paste the codes into is theme.liquid
When you have successfully pasted the code before the closing and saved your changes. Try to go to your store on mobile devices and then save the page as a shortcut to your mobile home screen to see the result.

Hi, could you maybe share a screenshot and highlight exactly where I need to paste the code please. Because it literally makes no sense to me from what you wrote. I need to be babied when it comes to anything code
