Hello, I imported a product to shopify and the first time I wrote my text description it came out like this:
Then I imported the same product again (for certain reasons) and it came out like this:
I’ve tried doing multiple shifts/deleting text, nothing seems to make the allignment look like the allignment on the first listing
Furthermore, I have this same issue on mobile aswell, so if I find a solution, it needs to be PC+MOBILE friendly.
Could you share your product link to check?
Did you try to clear format of product description in Store admin > Products, open product that you got the issue with description, in Description > click three dot icon and clickClear formatting

For reference, the first image in my post is from the product “Retrocam” (which you can find in the catalog section) and the second image in my post(the one I’m trying to make look like the first) is from the product “NostalgiCam.”
Hi @shipment1018 There is no issue, just image is in
tag so you have to just put down from the
tag. Please follow below screenshot steps -Go to Products > Choose RetroCam Product > Description box > Click on Code Editor mode > just take down line below

I think you’re talking about the “retrocam” product, I am talking about the “NostalgiCam” product.
However, I managed to get the text allignment on the NostalgiCam product acceptable, the “RetroCam” product text is now unalligned for some reason
