You must register the domain with a provider of your choice and connect the DNS.
You have not yet made use of them.

Describe the problem with words and urls to the exact problem.
Who did you pay and for what.
Don’t just provide an image and point at it.
Others can provide guidance but don’t set them up to have to mind readers.
If you have not actually purchased the domain do it ASAP, or run the risk of someone sniping it and trying to exploit it for more money.
What makes you think it’s your website? Are you mis-typing the url? Can you provide a screenshot of Settings → Domains
