I cannot purchase or print my shipping labels. When I go to create shipping label and error message comes up stating that I must correct the error to create the shipping label. However, there is no error highlighted. What can I do?
I am currently having the same problem which makes me think that it’s on shopify’s end and not ours. Every single label that I am trying to print is giving me that error message.
