I am trying to embed a video which has worked fine on desktop version. However, when I view in on mobile, square format gets distorted and so does the play bar. Anyone can help out. Attaching code + screen cap.

You have to use height and width in percentage and with inline css or you can assign it with class/ID, after that you can use media queries to make it responsive but most i time when you use css in % they will auto adjustable.
You can read in w3school more about it or you can follow other tutorials.
Another way is assign this width height to its parent div and after that use 100% height and width to iframe.
