I want to replace ABOUT US with ‘put your time in good bands’ and put the instagram logo directly under.
I also want to move the logo to the right side.

You can change the “About Us” text directly in the theme editor. Scroll down to the footer section and click the Block that contains “About Us”. To Move the Logo to the right create another block and place the image there. Please your footer code so I can show you how to reposition the Instagram logo and how to remove the old logo from the leftmost block.
