Hello, I recently created an app to integrate with a sales platform I’m using and in doing so I generated an access token that I used to connect the platform to the app on Shopify. I clicked the “reveal access token once”, retrieved it and uploaded it to the platform. It was working smoothly until recently when there was some sync issue and now I need to provide the access token again. However, there is no longer this option when I dive back into the app on Shopify. Any idea on how to generate another access token or retrieve it again?

Once an access token is revealed in Shopify, you can’t view it again for security reasons. If it’s lost, you’ll need to create a new token by going into your app’s settings, deleting the current token (if possible), and generating a new one. Then update the new token in your external platform to re-establish the connection. Let me know if you want help walking through the steps.
