How to get a URL link of an image in the assets folder?

I am trying to connect an image to another code so when I publish a link to a social media page that image would pop up.

I’m using a theme that has “social media image” but when I put an image there it doesn’t pop up. So I figured out another way. All I need is a link to the image in the assets folder that I uploaded myself.

follow my instructions:

  1. open your store admin panel.

  2. click settings

  3. go ‘files’ and open it

  4. here upload your image and copy image url
    used this image url. where you want.

if the image is already there how do you get the url?

in shopify 2 options to keep images 1st i have already explain above, if your image already there then simple copy image URL and use where you want.
2nd option is -

  1. open your store admin panel.
  2. click Online Store then go your current theme.
  3. open actions dropdown now click on edit code ( here you find folder structure of code).
  4. find assets folder and upload your image here.
  5. used it where you want.

I don’t think this people understand your question, but I do have answer for what you’re looking for.I was experiencing the same problem and I figured out on my own how to obtain the link.Just head over to the products store and choose a specific product that you would like to extract the image from. After choosing the product head over to media where you upload the images. Move your cursor over the image that you want to extract the image and inspect the element.There you will crisscross till you find the link to the image from the inspect.
