Hi I’m wondering what do I do if I’m based in the United States and only selling here at the moment but when I go to fulfill my first order through EPROLO through Shopify they say in my billing and processing section that I need a VAT number. Can anyone tell me why I need that even though both the customer and myself are in the United States? I really want to fulfill this order but I don’t know how to do that if it won’t let me without the VAT number. If I must have one where would I even go to get one while here in the States? Thanks to anyone who can help me.
I have the same question – are we really the only 2 people on Shopify who don’t know how to do this?
