I sat on chat for 2 hours only to be told that in order to to have an auto discount work for POS you have to have the Pro Plan. Worst part about all of it i asked the Rep if that was the case and I was told no that it came with all accounts. Super frustrating while at an event.

I also wanted to share that you can contact the Retail Support team directly through the POS app by going to More > Support > Contact support. I can’t guarantee that the wait time for support will be shorter, though it’s worth a try to call Retail Support when you’re at an event rather than waiting in the chat queue.
