How to get background of text boxes on contact form in specific colour? Shella Theme

Evening,

Please see below a screenshot of my contact form. I would like to change the text box fill background colour to 38C7CA. Please can anyone advise how I do so?

Id like to change all of them - eg where you type your name, email, phone number and your message. Thank you x
