How to get collection image to look the same across computer and mobile.

Hello,

Is anyone able to please tell me how to get the collection image to look the same on both computer and on mobile.

It keeps cropping the collection banner image depending on where its being viewed. e.g if i view on mobile it crops the outside edges. If I view website on a large computer monitor it crops the top and bottom of the image.

I’m using the debut theme. Thank you
