I have a pre-existing FB business page, and for some reason(?) I don’t have admin access to set up a FB store so I can start cross-selling with my shopify store. I don’t know who the admin is as I’m only 1 of 3 people who have had access to the account, and the other two don’t have admin access either. We have only had 3 emails attached to the page and none of them work for admin access.
Does anyone know how I can contact FB and ask them to assist me to resolve the issue? I’m happy to provide ID, etc to prove I’m the owner. I can’t go through FB commerce manager because I don’t have a FB shop set up, ie I can’t access it(!!) It’s a bit of a catch 22.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I’ve spent literally hours and hours trying to get support from FB for this issue.
