Hi. We had a credit issued back to a customer via Shopify. The customer did not receive the funds. How do we get help with this? Can’t share transaction details publically, of course.

When did you issue the refund? It can often take a few business days for the customer to recieve the funds. The turnaround time from their bank can also impact when they will see the refund.
If it has been over 2 weeks, please let me know which payment provider you used to issue the refund and I can investigate further for you.
