Hey there Foyer the notification that will email me once an order has been delivered is in Settings >> Notifications >> Shipping >> Delivered (see screenshot).
There’s currently no way in Shopify to send a notification for an item that hasn’t been delivered or fulfilled for X days, but I’m working on a solution to this. If you’re still looking for a way to send this type of notification, please let me know!
