How to get rid of an Action box on my website?

1. How to get rid of this whole black block thing? I don’t see this useful.

2. I have included a contact form in my website but don’t see any place to link it to my email. I have sent a test email myself but I didn’t receive iit.

@Karbini - actions box is visible to admin only, so users will not see it, it is used for admin to go to page/theme backend code/content

by default email should go to admin email set for site
