One of my collaborators wants access to my preferences but I don’t know how to make it work.
In order to allow to access to Online Store → Preferences in the staff permissions you need to set the Administration → Manage Settings checkbox
But this will give access also to all the Settings of your store.
It’s up to you decide if to do that based on trust you have for the collaborator.
Anyway there is not much to set in Preferences pages, therefore the collaborator can send you a video of the things you need to modify, or share the code with you if they need to change the Google Analytics Javascript code.
