How to handle a dishonest eCommerce partner?

Who do I talk to about a Shopify partner blatantly trying to rip me off and not even be sorry about it?

I’ve been ripped off a couple times now from non Shopify partners and thought I would be safe. I’m so upset and discouraged right now.

Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated

Thank you for reaching out about this experience. I am really sorry to hear that you had what sounds like a really bad experience with a Shopify Partner.

Shopify has very strict terms of service and acceptable use policies in place for our partners and we definitely want to get more details from you about what happened.

I would ask that you please reach out to live support through our Help Center with as much detail as possible about the experience.

If you have a job ID from the Expert Marketplace, please provide that along with the contact information for the partner, screenshots of pertinent communications and what issues you specifically had. This can then be escalated to our partner governance team to review to see if their behavior goes against the terms we have laid out.
