Please help. I have received a rather threatening email from Shopify saying that I do not have a licensed version of Clean Canvas theme and to pay for it or delete my store.
I have no idea how to deal with this or how it has happened.
Shopify email says I have 24jrs to resolve this!

Yes please. I did not set up the website. I got a web designer set it up for me as I’m not experienced in Shopify. He set it up for me and told me it went live. I have since been updating the site.
Yes, please do take a look at my website. Shopify doers have my payment details and I’ve never missed any payments. If I have not purchased the theme it is a genuine error as I honestly thought I have paid for the theme. I am currently looking to swap to the free Studio theme if I have not paid for the Clean canvas theme.
