Since you’re referring to buying from a different supplier, then it sounds like you might be dropshipping. Depending on the app that you’re using, you should be able to cancel the fulfillment request from within the app and purchase the item from a different supplier. For example, if you’re using something like DSers - AliExpress Dropshipping, then you can follow the instructions from their guides (below).
If you’re using a different app, then you can try checking if they also have similar resources on their website or by reaching out to the app developer for further support. To get help with a third-party app, simply reach out to the developer through the contact information found at the bottom of their app’s page.
