How to handle 'Address Not Available' issue with customer orders?

can someone please tell me how to handle a situation like this? Today I received an email saying my customer did not receive her package because her address is not available.

Hi, @Mya54321 ! This looks to me like the customer was not at home when the order was delivered. The message says ‘addressee not available’ - the customer is the addressee, the person to whom the package is addressed. Would you have any contact details for the customer in question? Just to check in with them to find out if they are available!

Also, has your courier been in touch with you to let you know how they handle situations where the customer is not at home? They would usually send the package back to their warehouse for a set period of time for the customer to come and collect, but I would recommend reaching out to the delivery service to make sure!
