Hello, I need help with this case: Two weeks ago I received a DMCA notice form a competitor and once reviewing it I submited a counter DMCA notice. Shopify then sent me an email in which they state “The material you have identified in the Counter Notice as having been removed may be reposted on August 30, 2022”.
My question is does that mean that on August 30 I will be able to continue working normal as before.
Also what if my competitor continues to harass me by sending fake DMCA notices. Will that lead to permanent takedown of my site?
