Recently Scammers/competitors have been making fake websites with my brand and falsely claiming DMCA to me. They took down my site and the legal team isn’t helping too much or looking into it deeply to see that I’m the rightful owner. I’ve made millions with Shopify. But the Legal team seems not to care to investigate the matter correctly. Anyone can help?

This is a legal matter, so you need to talk to YOUR lawyer.
Don’t bring costly legal matters to random forum posters or front-facing support as it’s incredibly unlikely anyone is in a position to affect this process , or even properly judge the situation.
When dealing with matters like this on platforms it’s either seek legal resolution, wait for the platforms internal process to maybe fix itself, or get a face to face with a human in a position of power to fix things. And while all of that is going on make a plan for the business to have to completely replatform or build it’s own ecommerce stack.
