have you submitted your sitemap after moving to non-protected version of your site?
If you’re not using the password protected version anymore, the sitemap shouldn’t include it and if you submit your sitemap, Google should be able to recognize that the website.com/password is missing and won’t be recrawling it.
However, it might take Google some time. The recrawling issue takes quite a lot of time these days.
