How to handle multiple fake visitors in an online store?

Hello, I have started receiving multiple fake visitors in my store over the past few days.

The first time it happened, there was a cluster of almost 15 people around one spot in the mid west. Another time I spotted it, there was a cluster of about 12 people in Washington.

I don’t know what these are and I hope there is a way to get rid of them because I have no idea what my actual conversion rate is with all these fake visitors.

Replying because I have the same issue, and hopefully someone at Shopify will see this and help. I get four dots (all apparent bots) - one in Ireland, one in Kansas, one in Iowa, and one in Southern CA. The total visitor count stays around 15 and the stay very consistent. This issue makes if very hard for me to use apps the count (and bill you) based on page views). Any way to resolve this Shopify?
