I’m part of a team working with a third-party fulfillment company, which handles order fulfillment for various clients. One of our clients is integrated with our software via a Shopify socket. Within Shopify, our client’s products are represented by single SKUs, but when these orders reach our system, they are expanded into multiple SKUs (as part of a kit or bundle).
Our challenge arises when we push shipping information back to Shopify. Since Shopify expects only one tracking number per order, it doesn’t automatically update when we provide multiple tracking numbers for the items within the order.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to address this issue effectively? We’re open to any insights or solutions that could help streamline this process. Thank you.
