I am hoping to launch my store (tomorrow if possible) and asked a couple of friends to have a look with a password. They both paid for an item with Paypal but as I had only just set up a new business account with Paypal yesterday, my money is on hold for 21 days, or until my bank account is verified and linked. I now have a dilemma as if I go live and launch and someone else chooses to pay with paypal instead of Shop pay, and the same thing happens what can I do?
Also do I just send the item anyway, although I’ve not got the money? I can’t leave the customer waiting for 21 days or until paypal releases the money.
So do I wait until this is all sorted out before I launch? Thanks
