How to handle potential scam emails received through my store?

My store has received an email, via Shopify, which looks like a scam. I’ve tried to find an email address I can forward this to, but running out of patience, Any suggestions welcome.

Just for information - this might be the most un-user-friendly site to navigate to find what I’m looking for (Shopify, not the community.
