I placed an order with Kitchplace on 06/12/2023 and the item has still not arrived. Two emails have been sent and received no response, their website is also no longer available.
I’m aware that Shopify cannot observe the operations of its vendors, however, the company used the platform to make this transaction. Shopify must ensure that the companies are legitimate and legal to protect consumers.
