I understand that you’re looking to set the Collection list section for one row on the Debut theme. The Collection list (for the Debut theme) can support up to 5 collections and you can set it as one row by simply changing the number of collections per row to 5.

Here’s a screenshot for where to find this settings on the Debut theme:
