How to hide empty menu items from navigation (Dawn Theme)

Hi everyone, I ran in to a bit of a problem. I set up my store for two different markets, which filters items available for each market. For instance if i log in to /en-eu store menu options that consists /en-us items holds no stock in them, displaying the message folder is empty. Is there a way to edit DAWN theme to hide empty menu items from navigation as in add filter to the code (collection.count = 0 skip don’t display). It seems like a lot of people had asked the same question before, but i can’t find the right answer for it regarding this particular theme.
