I am planning on starting my own online store by using drop shipping but when making a purchase it comes up with my personal phone number on the statement for the person buying the goods how can I make sure that my phone number and home address can not be seen by anyone when buying my products?

You cannot do that. Moreover, any app that you install has read access to your shop information which includes the primary business address.
