I’m not sure if there’s something easier than Flow, but what I’m trying to do is if a product is created by a certain vendor, make it only available through POS and don’t make it published online.
Go to the product you want to make it available only in POS.
There on the right side on “Publishing” you will see Sales Channel.
There you can untick “Online Store” and only tick POS.
That way your products will only show on POS.
You can filter the vendors on the product admin page and do bulk edit and do this.

thank you for the reply. but i need this to be automatic. there’s a specific vendor that can only be in POS and not Online for legal reasons. i need the system to automatically remove it whenever someone may accidentally add it one.
You might be able to create a workflow that starts with a Product created trigger followed by a condition that checks the product.vendor followed by an Unpublish product action that removes it from the online store.
