Is it possible to hide items/products without a product image, so they will not be shown on the webshop?

Are you hoping to hide these products from everywhere on your online store or just certain areas? Do you use any other sales channels to sell? Also, are you going to add product images to these products in the future?
You can hide products from your online store in a couple of ways. If you are hoping to hide this product from everywhere I would recommend updating the product status from Active to Draft. A product with a “Draft” product status will be automatically hidden from all sales channels, which includes everywhere on your online store. You can do this by going to Products in your Shopify Admin and clicking the product you want to edit. From there you should see the Product status settings on the right.
If you are hoping to continue showing the product on some sales channels, but not on your online store, then I would recommend keeping the product active and making the product unavailable to your online store instead. This can also be done by going to Products in your Shopify Admin and clicking the product you want to edit. From there you can click Manage next to Sales channels and apps to make the product available or unavailable to a certain channel.
This can all be managed using your bulk editor as well.
