How to hide the order summary bar in Shopify?

Does anyone know how to hide this bar above the orders?

There’s no setting to remove that but rather a standard feature for data display across shops.
Why do you need it removed?

Do not like it.
And when it shows red graphs it makes me feel depressed

Hi @Jakubdepor8 ,

As Jason mentioned this wouldn’t be possible to edit as it’s based in the interal store admin which can’t be edited or altered for customisations.

I completely understand if it doesn’t fit your liking, but because it is internal it can’t be edited and it would be the same for all Shopify stores. If you have any other questions about your store, don’t hesitate to let us know!

Are you also a store owner

I am indeed and there’s nothing I can do about it either! It’s the same across the entire platform no matter what for something like this.

@Nick well Nick can you give a precise and accurate answer to expanding the order summary drop down on mobile? many small businesses cannot afford to upgrade to plus for something so simple of a request. Any reasonable answers or solutions? pretty Please?

Hi @soloqueen ,

Which part do you mean exactly? For the order summary on mobile, you can just scroll down and it should show you the order information as the drop down would in a computer. If it’s something else can you tell me exactly what, please? You could also reach out to someone on our support team directly by logging in here and go through it with them in real time if that’s easier for you.

@Nick well the way I stumbled across this particualr thread was because I was searching in the community for answer to having the order summary on the mobile view being “expanded” by default. As its not expanded so customers tend to miss this section which includes putting in a discount. Small businesses such as myself find this is a good part of a cause of abandon carts due to first time customers not seeing where they can apply their discount before continuing on to payment. It makes it sketchy and non trust worthy. I couldnt see to find a decent answer but " Shopify plus allows changing of this code in liquid to have dropdown expanded by default" Shopify Plus is 2k a month. So for a small business having to upgrade just for this very simple issue is crazy to me. I discovered on this forum that many many people inquired about this very same thing and there seem to be an avoidance of anyone answering. I did find one shopify staff member who replied and offered a small workaround in which it was helpful and made it a little bit better by changing the wording in that section but still, no real answers besides paying $2,000 for an upgrade to get help in this one thing.
