My client runs an instrument rental business. In a few services he offers, the customer can buy 1 instrument to use, and then choose 2 additional instruments at no cost.
I was able to set up the built-in automatic discount with no problem, however, the client is worried because the discount only “shows” and is applied when in the cart. Otherwise, it seems like it will be a major purchase when in reality the discount of course makes it cheaper.
Is there any way to give the customer feedback or attention of this discount before they reach the last step in the buying process?
Any advice on this setup, or other apps to achieve this, is much appreciated.
