Facebook doesn’t even give a choice in their resolution area for these scams. I posted on two other topics, just to get in, but they just turned me down and said it didn’t fit. They also asked me to escalate the issue before a certain date or they would drop it and it can never be opened again. I escalated it three times, but they never acknowledged it and closed it anyways.
I had this happen three times. First two I paid with credit card and they reimbursed me. The last and final straw was using PayPal. I thought they would cover it or not allow questionable businesses to use their system. They won’t cover it and make it hard to dispute it. I know they could do more monitoring of the sellers using their systems.
