As the title suggests - I like the Dawn theme and would like to import the products/collections from that demo/theme.
How would I go about doing this? I really want to use the same setup as that theme and it will be a problem if I have to recreate it manually since I am starting out so I would need a platform to start from.

It is incumbent upon merchants to provide their own products.
The demo products in demo stores are not available for export or reselling.
Each products page clearly states so:
This is a demonstration store. You can purchase products like this from Mlouye.
The most you could possibly get is asking shopify support directly for the settings used in the demo store.
I obviously don’t want to use the products from the demo to sell, instead, I want to use them as the basis to create my own. I good demo/template is just that, not expecting people to effectively start from scratch. Not impressed with Shopify so far.
