I’m trying to import a large list of products and their inventory using CSV files, both files have a a correct format , but every time I get the following msg:
The inventory file contains both fields.

The error would indicate that you’ve inputted a location in your CSV that is not currently added in Settings/Locations. If that is the case, then I would recommend following our guide here on how to get the other locations added.
What help document does the “learn more” button lead you to? What documents do the “add HS code and Coo” link you to?
