Hello everyone, I have the file below and folder images. Now how do I import it into my store? (I just started accessing shopify and hope everyone can help)

There is no option to import collections to your Shopify store.
If you want to create collections, please login Shopify admin > Products > Collections > Create collection

Thanks for answering; So does that mean before I import I have to import each collection first and then import it later?
Yes, if you dont then you will need to assign products to collectio after importing
