How to improve email retargeting for better customer reach?

Hello,

I’ve been struggling with my E-mail automations. I’m using the integrated marketing app in Shopify and my problem is that the customers receiving the marketing E-mails in the Promotion or Spam folder.

I really need a solution for that. What should I do? Should I use Klaviyo or SMSBump instead or can I set it somehow? I set automated E-mails for abandoned carts and abandoned checkouts.
