Hey, @TonyG54
Happy to offer some insights and recommendations!
First off, I really like the product unboxing video you showcase on the homepage. It does a fantastic job highlighting what is in the kit and how they look/make the customer feel.
Secondly, the illustration images of what’s included in each box is really cute and effective at clearly highlighting the make up of each kit.
Lastly, you’ve got social proof. Nice sized star images, with your customers name and their snippet. However, is it possible to get some customer taken photos of their kits? It would add a viral and authentic feel to each review.
So as you noticed, there’s three components to your homepage that I think work really well off eachother. However, when you first land on the homepage, you don’t see any of the three. It’s actually the kit. What I would suggest is pulling the kit “featured product” section down below those sections I mentioned to serve as a funnel. That way you can educate your customer, provide social proof and viral marketing then offer the product. And right below that, the discount offering via email or SMS sign-up. Alternatively, you could move the discount offer above the kit, so that the kit is the final section the customer sees in the funnel.
You may find that this provides a more seamless experience for your visitors, allowing them to check off the mental boxes that are required before they are ready to commit to purchasing.
If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know
Thank you very much! I appreciate the feedback

Best of luck with the business.
