Hope the community can help out as I’m stuck, and I don’t think my intern could have figured out either. The domain is copit.ca
For some reasons the maximum number of display products is 16. When I try to click “View all”, it won’t load but stuck at the current 16 thumbnails. I tried to edit within the theme Dawn but no luck. Old tutorials on Youtube or other places that I’ve found seem to be dated and no longer effective?
I can still search for a product by typing but typing brand name, “Prada”, “Gucci”, … but it failed to show all products or allowed me to move on an additional next page(s)?
Shopify limits the maximum number of products per page to 50.
I believe you can change how many you want to show from the customizer inside the collection block in the collection template.
You can oversee this by the solution mentioned by @devcoder
Just a silly promotion, I managed to build somewhat a functionality which kind of oversee this taking ui and ux into consideration.

Check the collection pages. So what I did is using the pagination feature from Shopify I am loading all the products on the same page with the click of a load more button and with every click showing the number of products that is described in your customizer settings.

I ended up dropped Dawn and used a different theme. Problem solved :]
