Address sales issues by looking at your conversion rate, website navigation, and checkout process. A typical Shopify store conversion rate is 3-5%. If yours is lower, identify and fix those issues first. For traffic (awareness), consider paid ads, social media, in-person selling, and SEO. We’ve provided advice on increasing traffic earlier in the stream. Remember that low conversion rates require attracting a large volume of traffic. Approach the problem one step at a time. Consider retargeting ads for visitors who showed interest but didn’t purchase. A small daily ad budget might not be sufficient to drive meaningful sales.
