There is no possibility for Buy now in collection page.
For ‘add to cart’
Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
Under Snippets → product-card-grid.liquid file and paste below code at the end of the page

To add Buy Now Button on Collection Pages in Debut Theme:

Show dynamic checkout button (Buy Now button) below products on collection page | Debut theme
