EVERY DAY, I use ChatGPT, and I’m astounded by AI’s impact on our lives. I think ChatGPT and other LLM can really change how we shop online. Through making online shopping more interactive, conversational, and hyper-personalised with AI-powered search and chat, we can reduce customer drop-off, increase upsell, and drive sales conversion.
