How to insert white box on image banner

In my shop (0byf0v-34.myshopify.com; password: mohwhi) I’d like to put a white box on the image banner that will stay under the heading and button and that will be full page width.

The heading and button should be 2e2e2e and centered.

Also check if I have to use also a responsive code.
