How to install Judge.Me Product Review App?

Hello,

I am new to Shopify and currently setting up the website and almost there. I am trying to add Product Review App so customers can leave feedback and upon quick search, I found Judge.me app is the Free app to go to.

When I try to install the app, I am keep getting error. Here is the screenshot image.

Can anyone help me on this?

Hi,

The Judge.me app is asking you to enable the app embed in you store.

From a quick search in YT, I found this video showing how to do it. Just follow the process and make sure to enable the app embed for the Judge.me app.

I followed the steps mentioned in Vimeo and still getting failed message.

I believe you could continue the onboarding from here on out. Since the error comes from the onboarding step, then I recommend making a screen recording and double-checking it with the app support team instead.

It will be easier for them to resolve this case.
