how to instantly send an email after customers subscribe to you newsletter?

In this email we want to put a discount code.

Often you want a customer to get a discount code in reward for subscribing through the website. This is often before people will purchase an item in the store.

Right now when people subscribe they receive nothing immediately. After they subscribe we can choose to send them an email manually. This can take days before we see we have gotten new subscribers. sending them a welcome email then might be to late and we will loose the purchase.

How do we solve this? We need the newsletter with discount code to go out immediately after people put in their email adress. Hope someone here can help me out.

By using Shopify email (Built-in) functionality you can create a welcome email with discount code and send it automatically.

Depending on your plan, you could utilize Shopify Flow and use an order event to trigger the action of sending customers email marketing from Shopify Email with the discount code!
